I have been bodybuilding for many years and I had always used the cheapest whey protein I could find. I didn't know the difference
between whey concentrate and whey isolate.I bought a great tasting protein powder by Ultimate Nutrition and used it for years. About 1
year ago I began to write articles on the topic of bodybuilding supplements and during my research I discovered that the protein I had
been taking for years may be as litttle as 29% pure! Whey isolate is closer to 90% pure. I quickly began to look for a better quality whey
protein.
I found a few that I liked by BSN and GNC, but none of them delivered the quality I was looking for at a low price except Optimum
Nutrition. I searched just on price and found that the Optimum Whey gold delivers the most protien for the price. To make it even better,
it is one of the best tasting protein powders I have tried! I like the chocolate the best, but every couple of months I order the strawberry
to change it up a bit.
